We are situated on the esplanade overlooking the water at Kinkabeach, 13kms south of Yeppoon, 6 kms north of Emu Park and approximately 35 minutes from Rockhampton.

With its own wildlife, including peacocks, bush turkeys and the occassional visit from an emu or two, Island View is far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the bush and yet still be handy to excellent shopping facilities, tourist attractions and delightful picnic areas.
